I like Dr Shikany but the staff who answers (if they answer) are not helpful. I've been calling trying to get answers and I'm only transferred to ext 413 where it goes straight to voicemail. Two day later and I still haven't gotten a call back!
There has always been a phone issue therefore I always have to be persistent when calling. Other than that the service is great and the staff is friendly. I've been going there over 2 yrs and I have no problem thus far.
They completely clueless don't answer phone and give wrong information and referrals they could never get it right. I so done with them I getting a change. The doctor is nice but they have a big stupid staff.
Dr. Adams is one of the most genuinely caring yet thorough medical professionals that I have ever come across.
Dr. ADAMS is wonderful ...the counsoler Ruth is also a sweetie .. The front staff is bit feisty true lol...but is only because its gets overwhelming at times ..but they are efficient and cool...4 stars in my opinion
